plot: su-hyeok and Y/N were at the rooftop by themselves, the rest of the group had left to get some resources and left behind the two of them to make an SOS signal to try to attract a helicopter so they can make it out alive. what happens when a mutial crush is developed?

Y/N pov

Me and su-hyeok were left alone in the rooftop, the sun was beaming at us brightly. Su-hyeok was finding wood and metal scraps from all around the rooftop while i was trying to arrange them to make an SOS signal.

As On-Jo had told us SOS was a signal that can help the rescue team save us and we needed to make it as big as possible..

Su-hyeok found the last piece for a metal scrap and threw it near me "here add this" he said with a wide smile.. *why is he smiling like that* i thought to myself as i made the last "S" in the signal

We finished the SOS signal on the ground and sat on some old and rusty chairs that were left behind in the school rooftop. i was looking down at the zombie infested school and sighed

"whats wrong" su-hyeok said to me rubbing my back

"are we too young for this?" i asked him

"what do you mean" he replied with a look of confusion written all over his face

"i mean that we are just 17, we havent even graduated high school and our lives are ruined.. everyone is turning into a zombie and you never know when is your last breath" i said as tears rolled down my face

su-hyeok looked at me and got up from his chair, he kneeled infront of me and grabbed my shaky hand

"look at me" he said with a soft voice

i looked at him and immidiately got lost in his eyes.. i had a huge crush on him ever since we started high school and always thought i was too boring or plain for him

"Hey Y/N look at me" he said again snapping me out of my thoughts

"mhm... im sorry" i said looking at him again.. damn those eyes

"we arent going to die.. i will do anything i can to save you from any danger. You understand?" he said with a sharp yet soft tone in his voice ,

i nodded at him

~timeskip~

it was a little later.. hours..minutes..seconds.. idk honestly, i have lost track of time here

su-hyeok was looking over the rooftop as i went behind him and hugged his waist hiding my face in his broad back

his eyes widen and he made a small gasping sound and turned around "h-hey Y/N what are you doing.." he said as his cheeks flustered a deep shade of red

i didnt reply. i didnt make any sound. i just sobbed in his arms.

he sighed and picked me up , he put me over his muscular shoulders and walked near the door where he sat me down

"listen Y/N, i want to tell you something now that we are alone .. i have a crush on you" he confested as he looked at me with a sad look

i gasped , he had a crush on me? the most popular guy on school had a crush on a loser like me? (srr)

"you like me?" i asked confused and tilted my head to the side

"mhm i do" he said as he sat down infront of me and grabbed my face gently and pulled me in for a kiss

it was a deep yet soft kiss that lasted a few minutes

"i- that was amazing su-hyeok" i whispered

he just chuckled and kissed my forehead

i was left in shock and utter confusion

"do you want to date" i said to him as i got up and wiped some of the dust of my skirt

he looked back at me and tilted his head

"of course i do wanna date you Y/N" he said with a playfull smile and kissed me again this time more passionate

as we pulled away from eachother i looked down at my hands and blushed, he chuckled and removed his nametag from his school uniform

"이수혁" the little red piece of cloth he had just handed me said

i also removed mine

" Y/L/N Y/N" said mine as i handed it to him

"is it official" i asked

he nodded his head "yes" said su-hyeok

i hugged him as the rest of the group came back with food water and blankets for us to spend the upcoming night
