Aiden and Ashley set up Jam

Aidens pov:

4pm:
*Aiden and Ashley decide to meet at the lake*

"Hey Ashley! So what decorations did you want?"

"I found this in a shed." She shows me a blanket, vase, and a basket.

"Great, I picked some flowers for inside of the vase. I also found some strawberries and stole some cookies."

"Awh, that's amazing. I hope everything goes right.. you know, I'm scared they'll arygue"

"No worries, after we run, we can watch from a distance."

"Good idea." He looks at the time. "Oh, it's 5:30 pm. I'm heading back so I can get Tom."

"Alright, I will get Jake. see you soon!"

Still Aidens pov:

"Hey Tom, wanna go to the lake?"

"Oh, uh, sure." he says.

We get to the lake, and Ashley and Jake are already here.

"Oh, uhm, hey Tom,"

"Hey Jake.."

"akward," I think to myself

"So Aiden and I are gonna go for a bit. We'll be back soon."

they both nod as we leave and go behind a tree a bit away

Jake's pov:

"OF COURSE THEY SET US UP," I say to myself.

"Jake, are you okay?" Tom asks

He asks me if I'm okay, something he didn't do for 2 years.

"Oh, uhm, I'm okay."

"Alright, so are you ready to talk now?" Tom says.

"Well, yes." I say,"Listen Tom. I just felt very jealous over Aiden. A nd thats because I do still have feelings for you, I always have had since we met."

I notice Tom blushing slightly. "I love you too Jake, I just never knew how to approach this topic."

I blush as I look into his eyes, making eye contact.

I see Tom leaning in, so did I.

We kissed.👨🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻(A/n: stupid gay men)

It felt very weird but good. My face was red and so was Tom's.

Then Aiden and Ashley get back, they're laughing. I have no idea why they are laughing but it's whatever.

I smile at Tom and he smiles back at me.

"So Jake, would you wanna go somewhere private? There's something I want to ask you."

I nod as we go somewhere a bit further.

"Jake, would you wanna be my boyfriend?"

"Yes, I would"

I kissed him. This took him by suprise but he kissed back

"I love you" he says

"I love you too" I say

We head back to Aiden and Ashley.

"I see you guys are friends again" Ashley says.

"boyfriends" I say

"congrats guys, now let's finish our picknick!"
