Alexander is fresh out of college and is barely scraping by trying to pay off students loans and rent on a cashiers salary he eventually ends up getting evicted from his apartment with no where else to go and not enough money to rent a new place he ends up crashing on burrs couch one of his good friends and ex classmate who works at the local coffee shop he says it's only temporary till he can move away and start his own law practice but with how high the rent is and how demanding their landlord(KGIII technically his name is just George Fredrick but he makes everyone call him king George) is burr doubts he'll ever get out of here especially since KG raised his rent because Alexander is living with him
No one likes living under KG's iron fist but no one really does or says anything about it until Alexander,john, Hercules and Lafayette (with the backing of Washington) decide they want to take KG to court over this
