This was originally written 10 years ago as a duel book written over text messages between 2 teenagers. It's not all accurate and the characterization is a bit funky but good god I love this book more than words can say.
I did end up making large alterations to this book, due to the other writer not being a part of this rewrite, and as so would not want to steal what she wrote at the time. Her character was removed, sadly, but the story remains.
I wish I could go back in time and mend our relationship, because now I look back and see how we were both affected by people who didn't like us being friends, but what's happened has happened.
I wish I could also continue writing our original book with her, but that is also not possible. The paths we've taken are too different, but nonetheless important and wonderful.
I'm glad to have know my cowriter when I did, she fueled my love of writing and inspired many books I'm still writing or have already written.
