The user can produce an extremely thick, goopy oil from their skin. This can be used to trap enemies, hold things together and also as distractions. The user can turn a specific body part into oil temporarily but this takes a lot of focus. In cooler environments, the oil will harden quickly and will be cold to the touch, whereas it remains thick and liquid in hotter environments and will be scorching hot. The user cannot change the oil's state at will without melting their skin.
Quirk Type - Emitter
Best suited for - Generalist (More offensive in hot areas, more defensive in cold areas and supportive all around)
Drawbacks - The user's skin is not naturally durable to any hotter oil produced, so that would require working on, as they may suffer light burning from that.
Possible Hero/Villain names -
Oil Spill (Again, basic, but tons of bnha characters use their quirk name as their hero one)
Oil-Soak
Onyx (oil is naturally black but if you want to make their oil a different colour, go ahead)
Oleo
