---- Nanon ----

"Excuse me... EXCUSE ME!" I ran after a car, and it stopped after half a kilometer.

"Please let me get in. I need to reach this place soon." I handed him the card.

It was raining heavily. I was totally drenched. Rainwater covered my eyes, making it difficult for me to see clearly.

But I need to rush.

"Hop in," the driver of the car said. I rushed to the other side and opened the door.

He slipped onto a plastic sheet on the seat before I could sit.

"Thanks. And Sorry." I said this while locking the door.

From nowhere, a towel was in front of me. "You should wipe yourself."

"Thanks," I said, took the towel, and started wiping my hair and face.

I turned to see the driver, who was now driving peacefully. He was in a black tux with neatly combed hair and a huge silver watch in his hand.

From his side profile, he seemed decent.

"My name is Ohm." He said that and turned to smile at me.

I realized I had been staring too long at him.

"My name is Nanon." I said that and smiled briefly.

"The location mentioned in the card is not too far. But because of rain, I am taking another route." He said it plainly.

"Oh ok. But will you be able to make it fast? It doesn't matter what route you take. I am sorry for bothering you, but this is urgent." I said, and he looked at me once before nodding and continuing driving.

My eyes landed on the steering wheel, and then I looked around the car. Finally, my blurry vision cleared after wiping myself dry. "Is this Black Badge Cullinan?" I asked, unable to hide my excitement.

"Uhmm yeah." He replied, humming under his throat.

"You... Who are you? Are you a big shot?" I asked.

He chuckled. "What does it mean?" he asked.

"I mean. This shit is expensive. Like hella expensive." I exclaimed, touching the deck lightly, unable to believe that I had a chance to be in this car in my life.

He chuckled yet again. "I did not think of it as a big deal. My secretary said it was under my budget, so I bought it." He said that and shrugged, but with a smile.

I suddenly felt intimidated. He must be a hotshot. I was so anxious that I did not realise what I was doing. So I sat back in my seat and went quiet, trying not to bother him.

"So is this good? Or do you know any car better than this?" He asked. I would have thought he was showing off, but his expression made me realise he was genuinely asking.

"No, this is the best. At least for me." I said it with a smile.

He nodded and grinned. His eyes were sparkling, like I just made him happy.

"In fact, everything here in this car is my favorite. It is so weird." I mumbled.

"Weird?" he asked curiously, looking in my direction.

"Yeah... The color of your car, the granite-finished interiors, and, oh god, there is a Champagne cooler and this perfume—this is my favorite too. And the color of your tux is my favorite too. This car and this whole scene are like a dream of mine. Just with a small difference." I kept blabbering excitedly.
