Ellie has done the 'True Love' thing and it left her heartbroken. Now her dreams are smaller: win a BAFTA, convince her mother she's okay, and, above all, do not kill her infuriating colleague Nas. And definitely do not kiss him.

I am suddenly aware of his hand on my waist. Has he always been this tall? Has he always smelled of smoke and cloves and warmth? My brain is collapsing. All it can think is NAS IS TOUCHING ME. His lips are coming down—or mine are coming up—

Does he want to kiss me? Even worse, do I want him to?

hello my lovelies! this is my first ever story and i'm so excited to share it with you all (and terrified). i love the bitchy, back-stabbing world of tv but wanted to write a cosy story about it instead of a catty one, where ellie slowly heals from some buried trauma but remains an oblivious idiot the whole time. hopefully you will love her.

i'm aiming to post twice per week (not sure what days yet!) so please keep me accountable if i don't! as it's my first story, i'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions. i'm also basing each chapter on a song vibe so may post some sneaky teasers of those.

okay before the story starts here are the two idiots:
