Chapter 12

After reading a bit I realized that my writing style is very boring so updates will take longer but I promise will have better quality.

Blitz pov:

Her head shook as she was sent into a stack of books across the floor, her head filled with questions until the pain finally hit her. Her head was bleeding, the ground looked to be wobbling as her head spun in circles to find the producer of this pain. She saw a male sandwing smiling at her, he was darker than most and was obviously older, his tail barb was smaller than most sandwings though, he had a shiny sapphire armband. 

Blitz felt every bone in her body try to move but to no avail, she opens her snout to speak in a rasp. "Wh-who a-are you?" Blitz rasped, gasping in pain.  The sandwing said not a word as he walked closer to her, putting his talon to her chin. She couldn't fight back as her bones chose not to move. "Where is the book?" He stared coldly in her eyes and cocked his head, but not in a cute way like Dusk.  'Is that just a thing with sandwings?'  She looked at the sandwing, he looked a little like Dusk actually with the darker scales.

The sandwing flicked his tongue in the air before walking away, pressing his armband and vanished just like Dusk. A stalactite was dangling from the walls of her room as the destruction caused the room to somewhat collapse. She heard multiple talons rush towards her before a loud rumble was heard, pain flew across all over her body making her screech and she blacked out... 

"I-Is she okay?!" 

"Come on look at her! Does this look okay to you?"

"Tsunami! This is no time for sarcasm!"

"Hey, I think she is waking up!" 

She was surprised herself that she could even understand them, let alone specify who was talking. She tried her best to move but just ended up twitching, pushing the idea of her death. 

"SEE! LIKE I SAID!"

She felt two talons touch her forehead which gave a shock in her body. With that touch she felt all the bandages that were neatly wrapped all around her body, the touch was enough for her to jolt open her eyes, with a raging seawing looking down at her.

'Is she mad because I ended up living?' She saw Bolt give Tsunami the stank-eye before moving to Blitz's side. "What in the world happened here?" It took Blitz a few moments to realize that she wasn't in her room anymore, in fact her room was crumbled and demolished.

'Three moons can we go one day without destruction or kidnapping?'  Her brother was still looking at her, waiting for an answer. "Dusk disappeared then the explosion happened." She tried her best to shorten the story as even talking hurt her head. She then remembered the sandwing that asked for a book, the thought of the dragon almost petrified her for some reason, she also automatically knew the name of the sandwing; Sun.

Everyone but Void looked confused, 'He must've saw this coming or somehow see's what this is.'

Void shot her a worried look and walked up to her to whisper something in her ear. "I have no idea what is happening here," He looked around to see if anyone was listening. "Other than the fact that you hid something  from them for some reason." Blitz forgot he could read minds and mentally face palms, which Void laughs to. (Can they see images in their thoughts?)

"I think you guys should go home, this is weird enough for one week," Bolt started, flicking his tail at the dragonets. "You guys should head onward to wherever you need to go, me and Void will escort you." Every dragonet looked at each other and nodded.

Time skip~✨

Void pov:

"Void I know you read more in Blitz mind," Bolt started, staring at him. "What else did she see?"

"Nothing, you know I wouldn't lie silly," He nudged him with his snout. "I do know where Dusk is and what is about to happen though." Bolt's eyes widened. "Well why didn't you say that!?" He sounded more angry than curious, in which Void would get that. 

The dragonets all said their goodbyes before charging off into the distance, unknowing of their future challenges.  

"HELLO! ARE YOU LISTENING?!" Void's head quickly turned in alarm to Bolt, Bolt sighed before facepalming. "Forget it, let's return to Blitz." They turned to the clouds and shot up towards them, the wind jolted in their face as they flew into the clouds, with a startled Blitz in front of them.

"We should get going as well," Void said staring pitifully at Blitz, whose eyes glowed when he said that. "We can head down t-" "SO WE'RE GOING TO FORGET ABOUT DUSK?" She roared at Bolt and Void who were startled. 

'if only we could avoid this. I don't see any good way we can avoid this talk.'  Void stared at Blitz who was fuming through her nostrils. "Look Blitz, this is harder for me than it sounds," He started. "If we go now you'll die." Both Blitz and Bolt looked at me for some reason.

"So you did know more about Dusk. Why did you lie to us." I mentally facepalm and start to feel weird. "I'm sorry for lying but I saw it, no matter what way we try to save him, Dusk and one of us will die!"
