The episode opens to a shot of the exterior of Stolaria's mansion at night, before cutting to the master bedroom where Stolaria and Stella are asleep. A young frightened voice,Octavia's, can be heard from offscreen.
Octavia (Young): Mummy! Mama!
Stolaria is roused from her sleep. She turns to Stella who has most of the blanket.
Stolaria: Mmph. Via's calling us, Stella.
Stella: You get up.
Stolaria sighs and gets out of bed. She enters Octavia's room, where she is hiding beneath her blankets.

Stolaria: Via? What troubles you, my owlet?
Octavia (Young): Mama! Mama!
Young Octavia climbs down from her bed and runs into her Mama's arms. Stolaria hoists her up to comfort her.
Octavia (Young): *sobbing* I had a dream! A really bad dream!
Stolaria yawns and wipes away Octavia's tear, correcting her.
Stolaria: A nightmare.
Octavia : I was looking all over the palace, and... I couldn't find you anywhere! You weren't there!
Stolaria: There there, Via, it's okay. You're okay.
Stolaria summons her grimoir to her telekinetically as she walks Octavia back to bed.
Stolaria: When you're scared, and you don't know where I am, you must remember...
The grimoire floats over to her and she telekinetically flips it open.
Stolaria: No matter what happens to me, I will never be far away... from my special little starfire.
She begins singing to little Octavia.
A/n: I swear to god, Viv, if you kill off Stolas, fans will rally and we will not be happy!
Her lullaby finished, Stolaria leaves as her young daughter settles to sleep, content.
Cut to several years later, where a teenage Octavia is jolted awake by smashing objects and her parents screaming at each other, far less content.
