Some people were saying "Just use pen and paper!" But not everyone can afford a simple pen and paper, or have memory issues like me. Only recently my fam was able to get physical calendars, but there's still the issue of inflation where some people have to forget about getting paper and pens to get dinner for just the night. Or someone his some issue where they can't hold a pen. Or whatever reason.
People shouldn't be blamed for how they track their period, the people weaponizing this crap and selling users data are to be blamed!
Even if you're not in the US, don't ever use a period tracking app that asks for such personal info like contacts or location and stuff.
So ya, do be really weary of period trackers, especially with the overturning of Roe V.
