Chapter 5: The Train Station

Twig and Baba made it to London Station. They stopped to rest. Suddenly, they heard a whistle.

It was Edward the Blue Engine.

Edward: "Twig? What are you doing here?"

He noticed Baba.

Edward: "So you're the little troll from inside the mountain. Hilda and I have seen you before. Wait. How come you're not turning to stone in the daytime?"

Baba: "Baba."

Just then, Spencer pulled into the station.

Spencer: "Hey, Edward. Found some creatures, I see?"

Edward: "Yes."

Baba walked up to Spencer.

 Spencer: "Um..."

Edward: "I think she likes you."

Spencer: "Uh. Okay. What's her name? 

Edward: "Her name is Baba."

Spencer: "Aw. How cute. Wait a minute. Is she the little troll from inside the mountain?"

Edward: "Yes."

Spencer: "Then, why is she not turning to rock, or sensitive to the sound of bells?"

Edward: "I don't know."

Hilda: "Baba! Twig!"

Hilda came running up to them. Baba made a scared look, and backed away.

Hilda: "Huh?"

Spencer: "I think she's scared that you'll get mad at her, because she ran off." 

Hilda: "No. I won't. I don't want to be that sort of mum."

Spencer then noticed something.

Spencer: "There's a note taped to my cab."
