|no one's pov|

Over the next two weeks Taehyung had collected information about her, the way she spoke, the way she walked, what she liked and disliked, everything he thought he'd need in order to win her heart. It was information he had deemed important, although to him everything about her was important.
He realized she didn't have very many friends, just the one nuisance of a boy, he thinks his name was Hoseok if he remembered correctly.
The boy was bubbly and stuck to her side like glue, Taehyung didn't like that at all, though he figured once he monopolized his way into her life he could isolate her or rather make her ghost her little friend.

Today was different, he didn't follow her directly home from school and instead opted for swinging by her place later to make sure she was okay. He had some errands to run for his own apartment and figured it would be best to do those things before visiting his pet.
She had no idea she was ever being watched or followed, she was completely oblivious to the handsome man that lurked in the shadows, and honestly if she had ever caught him she'd be flattered by the thought that he found someone as plain and boring as her worthy of stalking.
That's what he told himself, he told himself she should be flattered by his obsession and thankful he spends so much time looking after her.

The final bell rang, signaling this draining day to be done with.
And as much as I'd like to follow my pet home and get just one photograph of her, I have things to do like buying groceries and calling my grandmother.
The walk to my apartment isn't nearly as interesting as the walk to hers but I figured I could call grandmother first and then go buy groceries.

The talk with my grandmother took longer than I'd have liked and has thrown my plans off track, she'll surely be asleep by the time I make my way to her apartment which is boring because I wanted to watch her while she was awake.
With an aggressive sigh I stand up from my brown leather sofa and grab my wallet and keys to head to the store a few blocks away. Locking up my apartment before leaving of course and walking in the direction of the cheapest store in town. I just need enough ramen to last me until next month really, my food consumption isn't much of a worry when I have more important things to worry about; such as her.

The walk was short and the breeze softly embraced my exposed skin, disappearing when I walked through the automatic doors of Seokjins convenience store.
The store really belonged to his parents but he was seen here day and night so it might as well belong to him. Of course, the man greeted me with his signature windshield wiper laugh and pointed to the isle of ramen he had just restocked. With a boxy smile and a nod I make my way towards the isle not paying nearly enough attention seeing as I walked directly into another person knocking them completely over.

"Hey do you mind paying attention?!" The irritation was evident in the familiar voice that sounded like smooth buttercream frosting to my ears. I looked down at the girl who was looking up at me from the floor with her eyebrows furrowed in irritation.
God she looked beautiful below me, but those thoughts would have to wait for another time right now I need to draw her in.

"I'm sorry, I was lost in thought let me help you" I fake a voice of concern and offer her my hand to which her smaller one grasps softly allowing me to pull her up from the floor.

"You're Y/N right? I'm Kim Taehyung" I offer the girl a boxy smile to appear less intimidating and her irritation turns to confusion.

"Yes I- um? How do you know my name? I've never spoken to you before..." she truly was beautiful looking up at me with those darling doe eyes and cheeks flushed pink. Her hand stayed grasped in mine tightly, though I couldn't tell if it was me or her holding on with so much want.
"You had come into my photography class the other day to return someone's ID, I was so mesmerized by you that I asked around to see who you were"
My words seemed to shock her and the pink flush darkened on her smooth skin. I could tell the obvious affect I had on her by our one interaction and I knew I needed more from her. Oh what I'd do to see her blushing red under me being such a good little pup. The inappropriate thoughts left my mind quickly once she smiled up at me, it was the most precious thing I had ever seen and it needed to be protected and hidden away like a jewel. Only I should see her smile, I should be the only reason she smiles and I promise you that I will be soon.
