They go and I stay
Then they go but their moves stay
It stings like a stingray
A bit more tired with each passing day
They go and I stay
It still feels like now but it's days
Tired of this, if I could just calm these waves
It pokes me deeply that I'm gasping for air
They go and I will still stay
But now by choice
I stay to clean up day by day
Stop and step out, reach out today
