Thunderstorms

It was late night and it was raining all day and the first thunder was heard. Preston and I were out across the couch
watching a movie. "Do you think Luna's okay up there?" he asked taking a glance upstairs and looked at me after. "You know if she's scared I know she'll scream" I replied, leaning on him. "Besides, this wasn't the first storm she slept through" I added making him laugh. "Mmm.. just gonna have to make sure that she is.." He said as he removed the blanket off him. "Well hurry back." I yelled and he nodded and ran upstairs pushing Luna's room door gently, he smiled as he enters with the sight of her fast asleep under the blankets with her bunny in her arms. I slowly walked towards her placed a kiss before running back downstairs...
