Hello, hello!
When I was 17-years-old, I wrote a story called Ticket to Ride, about a plucky young girl who finds herself on tour with the Beatles. I thought there were way too many Beatle romance or time travel plots (no hate towards them, they're great), and I wanted to shake things up. So, I did, thanks to a plucky, if easily excitable girl who got the opportunity of a lifetime. It was my first fanfic I posted on here and, while I'm proud of it, knew that it could use a little work. To keep things brief, I thought it seemed like the story didn't get a chance to breathe. I'll admit it's not meant to be great art, but it could've been better. Not everything will change, but I want to make this at least a little different from the original.
Btw, I'm keeping the original up so we can all laugh at how bad I was in high school and to show that writers change! The story you write at 17 won't be the same at 20.
I thank everyone who supported me back in 2021, and I hope that I can find similar support now with rewriting such a sweet story.
