Outer Space - Thousands of years ago

(Note: In this flashback, whenever the Ancients piloting their Titans are speaking, their dialogue will look like this. The reason for this is because they are speaking in their native language and the italic words are the translation of the language)

As the intense battle raged on in the vast expanse of space, the four Titans - Giganto, Wyvern, Knight, and Supreme - put up a valiant fight against the fearsome Solaris. With his incandescent, half-humanoid figure, Solaris was a sight to behold. His arms were covered in rocky cladding, lending him a formidable and imposing appearance. The intricacies of his three shells of light were awe-inspiring - each one contributing to his complex, multifaceted look. The two upper shells enveloped his arms, while the main shell on his body covered his core and chest area. The top part of the main shell was adorned with a striking figure that resembled an eagle's head, complete with glowing yellow eyes and antlers that were reminiscent of a majestic deer. On his back, Solaris sported a ring that boasted six triangular pieces, arranged in such a way that they resembled a blazing sun. The sight of Solaris was both beautiful and terrifying, and it was clear that the Titans would need to muster all their strength and skill if they hoped to emerge victorious.

Crane, the pilot of Supreme, groaned in irritation and he gained an idea. He then withdrew Supreme's gun to its jetpack and he then spoke out, "This isn't working! If we can't beat Solaris, we'll split and seal him away! I'll bind some of his power to my Titan with the Chaos Emeralds. Then you guys use the Emeralds to split him!"

"No! We'll find another way!" Dragon said from within Giganto.

However, Crane didn't listen and piloted Supreme towards Solaris. The red and blue Chaos Emeralds flew by Supreme. The Titan hovered a hand to reach Solaris and the two Emeralds glowed. Solaris proceeded to release a red mist toward Supreme and the Titan started to bend and quench in pain. Crane screamed and grunted in pain as the Chaos Emeralds were able to help resist some of the pain.

As the mist began to dissipate, Supreme, the powerful Titan, fell to the ground, powerless and lifeless

As the mist began to dissipate, Supreme, the powerful Titan, fell to the ground, powerless and lifeless. The other Titans, who had been watching in horror, were left speechless. Solaris, the fiery God, spoke with an air of arrogance, "Even if you can bind a portion of my power, you cannot defeat me."
