Ramona used to be a straight A student, but after receiving news that her parents died in a tragic car accident, she felt no reason to live. Though she never made damages to her skin, she would barely go outside, making her skin pale.
Not a lot of people know much about her since she doesn't speak often, so she mostly joined the GCOHS to have someone who would understand the pain and struggles she goes through.
