Mannat's pov:

But one major thing is, in almost all my flashbacks of having an elder sister, I'm getting scolded or punished by her, which ultimately concludes her being immensely strict other than her having immense love for me. But as far as I know Joshi jii from her interviews, she seems to be cool enough, actually, I'm not sure if she's actually like Karishma Singh, it will obviously have a huge difference, in being her fan to being her sister, and staying with her. Because, if she's the same I have flashbacks with, she'll be immensely strict again?

My chain of thoughts are broken when I'm made to sit beside Joshi jii in a chair, and infront of us is the SHO seated with a file of papers on his desk. Her parents, oh no, our parents are seated near her as they are giving a glance at the papers

I mimicked her while everyone left small chuckles

Gulki: bas bas, tumhe puri duniya ko bye bolna hai, samajh gyi mai

Mannat: aisa bhi nhi hai (pouted)

Gulki: par jaogi kaise, challo na mere saath

Mannat: nhi, hum nhi jayenge vaise, aap merko khudse jaane do na, hato raste se

Gulki: areh

Gulki's father: bas Gulki, abhi behen se mili ho, aur mat chedho usko, tum baitho Mahi beta

Mannat: areh kyu?

Gulki's father: baitho toh sahi, ekbaar bas

Mannat: aap mujhe fir Joshi ji jaise utha ke le jayenge

Gulki's father: nhi le jayenge vaise

Mannat: aur le gye toh?

Gulki's father: ekbaar trust krke toh dekho

Aajke liye bas itna hi...

Kya lagta hai? Kya hoga aage?
