It was a Monday evening. Lalisa stood before the full-length mirror in her hotel suite, the soft glow of the vanity lights illuminated her radiant beauty. Her dark locks cascaded in glossy waves down her back, framing her delicate features with an air of effortless elegance. With each brushstroke, she smoothed out any stray strands, her fingers deftly weaving through the silky tresses with practiced precision. Jiyeon quietly watched her mother from the side her eyes twinkling.
"Wow, Mommy, you look like a princess!" She exclaimed, her eyes wide with admiration as she watched her mother's transformation. "I wish I could look as beautiful as you!"
Lalisa's heart swelled with pride at Jiyeon's words, her cheeks flushing with warmth at the sight of her daughter's flushed cheeks. "Thank you, sweetheart," she replied, her voice soft with emotion. "But trust me, you're the most beautiful girl in the world to me."
"And, I think a thanks also goes towards your Hana unnie for choosing such a beautiful dress for Mommy." Lisa said pointing at the dress that lied in the bed.
"Haha, we should definitely thank her then. When will she be arriving anyway?" Jiyeon scrunched up her nose.
"Soon, Yeonie, her flight already landed." Lisa replied with a makeup brush in her hand.
As she applied a sweep of rose-colored blush to her cheeks, Lalisa's lips curved into a knowing smile, a glimmer of confidence dancing in her eyes. She knew the power of her presence, the magnetic allure that drew people to her like moths to a flame.
With practiced grace, she slipped into her gown, the fabric draping elegantly over her curves in a cascade of shimmering silk. The gown, a masterpiece of Haute couture, hugged her slender frame like a second skin, its intricate beading and delicate embroidery catching the light with every movement.Lisa wondered how Hana managed to get an appointment with the famous Haute couture. To have one piece of thier collection, it will cost you a lot of time and money.
Completing her ensemble with a pair of diamond-studded earrings and a clutch adorned with delicate lace, Lalisa stepped back to admire her reflection, a vision of timeless beauty and grace. But it was not just her physical appearance that captivated – it was the confidence that radiated from within, the quiet strength that spoke volumes without uttering a word.
As she made her way to the door, Lalisa's heart beat with anticipation, her steps light and purposeful. Tonight, she would step onto the stage not just as the CEO of Talix Pharmaceuticals, but as a symbol of resilience and determination, a testament to the power of perseverance in the face of adversity.
With a final glance in the mirror, Lalisa took a deep breath, ready to face whatever the evening had in store. For tonight, she was more than just a woman – she was a force to be reckoned with, a beacon of hope and inspiration for all who crossed her path.
Just then a knock came through the door. Jiyeon jumped up from the small chair she was sitting on and rushed towards the main door in a hurry. "It must be aunt Hana."
"Slow down, love , you might get hurt." Lalisa's voice came through the door as Jiyeon jumped on the stool nearby and opened the door for the guest outside.
"Yeonie, Did you misss meee?" a crisp feminine voice rang out as a slender figure entered the hotel suite with her arms wide open ready for a hug."I missed you aunt, hahah." A childish laughter surrounded the room as the little girl jumped into the arms of the petite woman and hugged her tight.
"Aww, my cute little baby, I missed you tooo." Hana planted a soft kiss in Jiyeon's tender cheeks.
"Didn't you miss me unnie?" Lalisa questioned leaning in the door frame watching them both have a dramatic reunion.
