3rd Person POV

It was a bright and sunny, and it was simply a peaceful day on the base.

There were some AL Kansens who went on sorties, but many simply chose to relax. It had been a a relatively relaxing day. Some, despite it being nearly two months, were still bewildered by the capabilities of the Imperial Kansens, especially those of the Emperor.

Though something intrigued them. The Imperials kept importing more and more resources and construction materials from wherever their mainland was, most of which was being delivered by imperial Scythe-Class Corvettes and Paris-Class Heavy Frigates.

Another Paris-Class FFG flew overhead for a moment, going in the direction of the recently constructed Imperial Anchorages, near the West Airfield (the Imperial Portion of the Island).

Some couldn't help but wonder where the Gancaster Keep had disappeared to, along with its own embarked fleet assets. Others simply wanted to know why the Imperials needed shipment-after-shipment of supplies, though they didn't want to be on the receiving end of Iron-Will's taunts and pranks, so they mostly kept to themselves and the other non-Imperial Kansens. Every now and then, gas-mask and trench-coat wearing Imperial Guardsmen would appear carrying crates of some sort, but many didn't think to bother them as they were allies and also simply menacing.

The Imperials on the other hand, especially the present Kriegers (Death Korps of Krieg), were having a series of consecutive over-productive field days.

This means that the West Airfield was now surrounded by a defensive wall with automated artillery mounted at the top, trench lines and tunnel networks, currently deactivated plasma minefields that can be turned on with the flick of a switch, and a variety of bunkers and pillboxes with overlapping fields of fire, many of which are automated.

Basically the area and perimeter around the West Airfield was converted into a fortress. Materials were still being brought in for special projects and additional defenses however, such as an AA Network, small shipyards, and hydroponics facilities should a long siege occur and food supplies be cut off. Water-filtration systems adequate for drinking water were to be installed and built after the hydroponics.

People also wondered why they've only ever seen two Imperial Kansens — the two in question being the Emperor and Iron-Will, though none have exactly gone looking for much the same reason they don't bother the Kriegers.

Y/n himself on the other hand, was walking inside the Azur-Lane dormitories, just wandering about aimlessly. He had a rather rude awakening this morning when his Warp-energy mattress dematerialized during a nightmare he was having about the Horus Heresy, which resulted in him falling on Robin, who's bed the mattress was hovering over.

A few Destroyers looked a bit afraid of him and his rather large (un)natural size, but cruisers, battleships, carriers, along with the Destroyers who knew him didn't pay him much mind and were only mildly unsettled.

He continued walking aimlessly before smelling something . . .

A smell . . .

A smelly smell . . .
