A big fat smile plastered on my face,I can feel him purring in delight as well.
We both wait in the shadows for her to emerge from the castle and our long wait is finally over.
A beautiful woman with midnight black hair peeps out allowing her head to show.
"Baby" I growl silently.
He head snaps to where I stood, and immediately a beautiful smile appears on her face.
For her smile I could destroy the whole world.
I beckon on her to come with my hands and she nods and pushes herself out of the door to me.
"You kept me waiting" I tilt my head grabbing her by the waist.
"Uh-huh, it was my pleasure" she grins.
"You will get punished for that, or maybe I should be compensated for my wait" I shrug.
She rolls her eyes and pecks me on my cheek.
"No way I am accepting that, I want a real kiss" I mumble.
"And if I say I'm not going to give you what you want?" She smirks.
"Then…." I trail off and slam my lips on hers catching her by surprise.
When I pull away I continue where I left off..
"...I take it by force" I laugh showing off my fangs.
She slaps my chest playfully and suddenly her smile is gone.
She looks so lost and worried, I cradle her face with my hands making her look into my eyes.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"It's nothing" she scoffs.
"Baby, you cannot lie to me, I feel your emotions" I breathe in.
Her scent calms me and him.
"It's him Adam, I cannot decide if I want to leave him or not, it is getting hard" she sighs.
I shove the frown that threatens to cover my face as well as the impending growl in my throat.
"I understand, you need to know he is your soulmate as much as I am" I say.
"Why does it have to be this way?" Tears stream down her face.
My dead heart breaks at the sight of them, I pull her to my chest and run my hand in her hair.
"I am sorry" I whisper.
"I cannot choose"
Silence follows after her words, my dilemma is short lived…
I cannot have her this sad and traumed, I will do whatever she wants.
"Then don't" I say.
Her head whips up to look at me, she is slightly shorter than me…
"What are you saying Adam?" she cleans her tears with the back of her hand.
"We are both happy if you are" I kiss away the tears from her cheeks.
"I love you" she whispers.
She knows I love her too, even more than she can ever imagine.
"I have to go, Leah will be looking for me everywhere" She grins.
"The brat" I deadpan.
"Do not talk about her that way Adam,I do not find it funny" she frowns.
"You really value her don't you?" I raise my brows folding my arms.
"Yes, yes I do, so you will respect her okay?" She orders.
"Anything for you baby" I purr.
"Eww" she laughs blowing me a kiss and heading back to the castle.
"I love you" I mouth.
"I know" she winks and disappears into the castle.
I see her everyday, it is the only thing that keeps me sane.

My eyes shots open and I realize I must have been sleeping for too long.
It's even dark outside now.
There is a note on the table from my secretary on her departure.
I check my phone and realize it has about twenty missed calls from Jasmine.
