It is stated that Lilah had joined Leonardo on the rooftop run until they got ambushed by the foot clan and got unconscious in episode "Shredder Strikes Back Part 1" and she will remained in state of unconscious on "Shredder Strikes Back Part 2". Even she went to coma in "Tale of Leo" and goes on through the episode til the end that everyone went to sleep as Lilah is slightly waking up, sneak out and into wood of forest at night without waking others up which she successfully got out then ran into the wood forest of the night and she's never seen again that she doesn't want them to see her weak and wanted to be a better one that needs to be. She had discovered that Lilah could go on mission alone.
