POEM-3 THE SENSITIVE QUEEN

66 20 26
                                    

She's been living far in the forest in a house of glass,
It used to refract the sunlight and bring the spark...
Her roof was the shelter of birds,
And the ground floor had beautiful flowers...
"Living" seemed to be unconscious,
The chatter of birds blocked the sound of cars...
But, life took her on a new journey,
The glass got burnt too early!
Her dirty door mat and the footprints left on the outside of the door,
Her "will" to live has just become a household chore...
Her friend waiting out for 6 months said:
"Come back, dear! I can't take it anymore"
"Rumours have been spreading that the queen died on her floor"
The canvas beside her changed its colour from golden to grey,
Her muse had been lying on the floor,
"Took a wrong turn" is the only voice her mind retained...
