hell, the team itself indulges in ships and headcanons (the 2023 Pride Month artwork proves the headcanons thing; the team (seemingly) headcanons Edd as aroace and Tom as bi)

basically im adding this because, in the Eddsworld fandom, half of the fandom are either TomTord SHIPPERS (aka ANNOYING and unable to accept ships outside of that one) or hostile towards ships bc they mix up the real people and the characters (despite it being confirmed years ago this is the case)
