Ian was standing in the investigation staring into space. When he heard a scream, he turned his head to see what had made the noise it was Melanie, she was gawking at the entrance as if she had seen a ghost. Running towards them was a scratched, messy haired Friday.

"Are my eyes playing tricks on me, can that happen when you haven't slept in two days" she said.

Ian face went from, shook to delight "No way" he murmured standing up to get a better view. He started to walk over to her, that walk turned into a jog which turned into a sprint. He came towards her and rapped her in a hug lifting her of the ground and spinning her around. All the pain Friday had endured the last couple of days left her, she finally felt safe. Pulled away and kissed him, her lips pressed against his and a warm feeling spread through her.

"Your alive" Ian said Kissing her back.

"Yeah ... sorry" she mumbled.

"You have nothing to be sorry about" he said cupping her face in his hands, Friday noticed he had tears in his eyes. Just then she felt a tight hug from behind. Melanie was crying, her arms rapped around Friday almost squeezing her to death.

Melanie opened her mouth and when she spoke her voice was scary "Never do that again".

"Wasn't planning on it" Friday choaked, turning round and hugged her back.

"Friday" a voice called; it was Uncle Bernie. She ran up to him and gave him a bear hug.

"What on earth" he said, "how on earth".
"I have no idea" Friday said shrugging her shoulders, which confused them because Friday normally knew the answer to everything.

They decided that the best thing to do would be to get Friday home. So, they all travelled back to Paris for the third time, hopeful that it would be the last. On the way Friday was able to share what happened along with Binky and Ingrid.

"So, what happened to the paintings" Ingrid asked.

"There still back in Norway and Australia" Ian said, "and there still trying to get the fakes form inside the old stone chappal".

"We still haven't solved the case though" Friday reminded them "were still missing three Italians and a cargo ship".

Ian put his arm around her shoulders "I think you should leave that on to the police, I've had enough of solving cases".

"I know but there's something about this mystery that just odd" Friday said pondering over the case.

"How come you find this case odd and not the fact that you've poured yourself 4 glasses of water and have drunk none of them" Melanie asked gesturing to the glasses full to the brim of water.

"Oh" Friday mumbled "I guess I've been a bit distracted.

"Mabey the drugs has given you some manners and you poured a glass for everyone" Binky said grabbing a glass of water and chugging it down "maybe Melanie should have some of those drugs too so she won't fall asleep". Every on glanced at him.

Binky realised what he said was rude "maybe I should have some of those drugs".

"Nobody is having drugs" Bernie said cutting him off he had been horrified when his 16-year-old niece had told him she was drugged.

"Aww" Ian said sarcastically.

"Stop that" Bernie snapped; Ian raised his hands up in defence.

"What!" he chuckled.
