Caelus's current status just showed how well the 'doctor's' plan had worked , for a human that had never stepped beyond 'that' world , he was a genius and Caelus was the progeny of Plan A , the first containment plan towards destiny.
Plan Z was the same experiment on a larger scale with more dangerous forces other than the stellaron itself .
It had been in the works for more than a millennia because the requirements for it are to great .
