Special skill: Mnemosurgery is the ability to get into a person's head and change their memory. Now only a few mnemosurgeons are still alive.
Past: The mnemosurgeons were part of the Alchemy Academy . Richard's father was also part of the Alchemy Academy and from him Richard received his abilities as a mnemosurgeon. After the destruction of the academy, Richard was hidden and 17 years later he is a famous doctor. He tries to help the sick with all his might. He is also not eager to participate in the war with the "heroes", but if one of them dares to harm his patients, then this person will lose his mind. Richard is afraid that someday he will have to make a choice between helping (main character) and helping weak people. Kamen Rider Valvarad tries to recruit him, because he was a close friend of Richard's father.
