Chapter 21

This time it's going to be a bit different. I'm going to give you a choice to choose which way  the story to go! Important note at the end of the chapter!!!!!!!!!

Time skip to 2-3 days

3rd person POV:

"He says it's not fair now, so he'll wait. He says he'll wait however many days it takes until the time comes" Tokugawa and Yujiro were talking to each other while drinking soju in Tokugawa's house. "The problem is where he's doing it. He's right in front of him. Two men are facing each other in the underground arena without spectators" Tokugawa continued talking about his worries regarding Baki's desire to fight Pickle. "I understand that after having Y/n-chan to himself for 3-4 days made him much calmer and that she's there too.....but if anything happens.....she will not stop it! And besides that! What Baki is doing is very stupid. He says he'll wait days, without eating" Tokugawa finishes and waits for Yujiro's response "Do you think Baki can win?" He asks after a while with big eyes while Yujiro calmly drinks his soju.

"The great fighter Sea King Retsu was defeated. The reborn Katsumi Orochi was crushed. Even the beast Jack Hanma was...You know Yujiro, as far as I know, those three...they' be the most powerful warriors of the Earth Defense Force. Of these three, it would be no surprise at all if any of them defeated Baki Hanma" Yujiro started munch on something

"That's mefun from Hokkaido" explained Tokugawa after noticing that Yujiro would not respond

"Shiokara made from salmon innards" Yujiro finally talked 

"Oh, you're quite the gourmet" "It's my favorite" "Oh, really?" Tokugawa was shocked but quickly composed himself

"Like I was saying, the fighting power of those three is on par with Baki-" 

"Mitsunari! There's one thing that Baki's got that those three don't. Baki's undeniably got my blood. He's clearly of Hanma lineage" Yujiro said proudly

"What? But Jack's also got yours and Y/n too" Tokugawa asked puzzled 

"It runs thin in him" "Thin?" "Seeing the results, it's clear. It runs thin in him" explained the Ogre

"You mean if he doesn't win, your blood runs thin in him? Good grief. Your pride dumbfounds me"

"And regarding Y/n. She's my one and only daughter. My pride and joy. Why do you think Pickle is always following her like damn lost puppy? Why do you think he chose her over everyone else? In Y/n runs the most of my blood and when  the time comes you will see what she is actually capable of Mitsunari" Yujiro said with immense pride and seriousness

At that Tokugawa looked at his cup worriedly "Incidentally, Ogre, don't you want to fight him?" he asked with a smirk knowing very well that Yujiro would react to that. And Yujiro did

Yujiro quickly got up while grinning menacingly and with one hand cut the (Okay I don't know what that thing is. If any of you guys know what that thing is, please write in the comments 'cus I really don't know) thing. "Don't you worry, Mitsunari. Don't give up on Baki Hanma just yet. They're destined to fight eventually! Whoever's left standing, I'll eat them" with that Yujiro exited the house

In the underground arena, Pickle and Baki were sitting on the sand facing each other. Y/n on the other hand was sitting on the audience section sideways so that both fighters could see her clearly, she was nonchalantly munching popcorn while watching a movie while sometimes stealing small glances from them just to make sure that everything was alright

Baki POV:

'I won't stand anyone else fighting Pickle except me. I want to do it before anyone else. Dammit. That's my problem. Not just before anyone else, I should have been here from the start. I should just be here. Say, Pickle, let's stay like this until the time comes. Until then, we'll stay like this, breathing the same air, sleeping when we're sleepy, eating when we're hung-' My eyes widened at the realization 'Oh! That's right! This guy's gonna eat. He's gonna eat me when he's hungry!'
