Walking down into the kitchen, Sabrina grimaced at the hoarse feeling in her throat, it was as if it had been scrubbed raw with sandpaper. Pushing open the door, she moved towards the sink and turned it on. She preferred cold water and found that it was best when the tap had ran for a few seconds, allowing the water to become colder. While the tap was on, she grabbed a glass from the cupboard and filled it.

Turning the tap off, she moved towards the dining table, pulling out a chair. As she did so, she raised the glass to her lips, taking a sip. It was normal at first and she allowed herself to swallow, but that was when the panic set in. The feeling of the water in her mouth made her freeze, taking her back there.
