At No Account Video, you saw Kim at the front desk.

"Hey Kim," you said to her. "How's it going?"

Kim: "Slow, but alright. You looking to rent anything?"

"Yes. By the way, does Scott still have that ban?"

Kim: "What do you think?"

She turned the monitor, which shows that Scott is banned for owing a thousand dollars in late fees with Stephen.

"How can rats hide a movie in Wallace's tiny apartment? And what's the point of saying that he rented it as a joke?"

Kim: "No idea, but they got the "he is scum" part right."

You looked around and chose to rent a movie called "The Writer's Passion".

Kim: "You've rented this movie eight times. You ever get tired of this?"

"It's a really good movie about a writer trying to find his way. The difference between me and him is that I was only expected to have a girlfriend and that's it. No inheriting my treacherous father's business."

Kim: "That guy in the movie was a dick. Well, enjoy it."

"Actually, I was wondering if you wanted to watch it with me."

Kim: "Are you inviting me to your house?"

"You're free to stay or go back home. I'm not making you do anything."

Kim: "Sure."

You left to go back to your apartment and continued writing your book. For the last few days, you have been watching Scott and Ramona, and only because you somehow end up in the same place as them. You listened to their conversations and asked them questions regarding their activities, and Scott mentioned about having to fight Lucas Lee soon.

You then heard your doorbell ring, and upon opening your door, you saw Kim standing outside.

"Hey, Kim."

Kim: "Hey, Y/N. So we gonna watch the movie or what?"

You nodded and let Kim enter. The two of you sat down on the couch and watched the movie together.

Kim: "Wow, I haven't watched the beginning of the movie. Now that I did, I get why this guy struggles with writing but seeks to follow his passion to do it."

"That's what's great about watching the whole movie. By the way, any update on Scott?"

Kim: "Judging by Knives' reaction, Scott dumped her."

"He seriously didn't at least try to confess and make things easier?"

Kim: "Nope."

"Well, that's going to royally blow up in his face."

Kim: "Oh, no doubt."

The two of you finished the movie and Kim decided to stay for the night.
