Y/N's POV: I sit in Big Red's room with him and Ricky, the doorbell rings and three people come down, "I hope you don't mind I invited a few people..." Big Red says, the doorbell rings, "It's open!" He calls out, we hear loud chatter and people start to come down the stairs.
We all sit in silence, "This is a terrible party...there aren't even pretzels" Natalie says, "Oh I love pretzels..." I say,
"What are we all doing here?" Natalie asks, "We all ended up in the same basement after a really bad day so someone should say something" Ashlyn says,
"Fine! I'll say something, I'm mad at Miss Jenn" "Why?" Gina asks, "because she's got a few skeletons in her closet?" Gina says. "No...because she's giving up, she was the first teacher to not see me as a punchline, and now she's not even a real teacher?" Carlos says.
"Define real teacher" Ashlyn says, "He's got a point" Kourtney says, "Does he though?" I question, "Guys..." Big red stops us before an argument breaks out.
"So why are we all here then?" Nini asks, "Yeah good question, this is a waste of time..." EJ says, "Honestly...because she gave me a shot" Carlos says, "and it's been a long time since someone gave me a shot"
"She gave me a voice..." Nini says, "Yeah...and now nobody's gonna hear it cause Miss Jenn screwed up" Kourtney says,
"Does anyone actually care if her past is a little bit sketchy?" Ashlyn asks, "I do..." I speak up, everyone looks at me, "Seriously dude?" Ricky says,
"What because you live some perfect life?" EJ asks, "Not at all..." I get up, "because, she put our show in jeopardy, and now we're all here maybe for the last time, together and for some of us...this had become...I don't know"
I feel someone take my hand, i look at Nini smiles at me and finishes my sentence, "Family..."
"What team?" I ask looking at them, "Wildcats..." they all say, "Okay wildcats...so what are we doing about it?" Ashlyn asks.
I walk into school the next day, Nini has been acting a bit off since yesterday, I assume it's just because of the whole thing with Miss Jenn though.

We all sit in the hall, I sit on the other side of the hall to Nini, she's opposite me, I look at her to see she's already looking at me, I give her a small smile for confidence, and she returns the smile, we look back at the front.
"What do you say to this charge?" The principal asks, "I have always done my best by these kids..." Miss Jenn starts, "Just answer the question" he says.
