Finally the war between me and Alexander's relationship was over. We're finally together! Well-We've been together. Around two years now tho it feels like more

I began to notice the repetitive actions in our dates. We wouldn't usually go anywhere-We would just sit on the bed and write or draw together while cuddling.

I was completely fine with this, I didn't care..Alexander thooo..He's a moree...Classy guy? Fancy? I don't know. He just is.

I was at my dining table munching on some bread to try and help my brainstorming to make the perfect date! I wanted to make Alexander happy. That was my top priority, the thing I want to do most.

I thought for a moment before an idea popped in my head

"A picnic!"

I said out loud to myself. Yes, it was winter. No, I don't care. I'm doing it anyway.

𝐍𝐎𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐕

Laurens set up the red checkered blanket and pinned it down with pins so it wouldn't blow away. He packed strawberries, sandwiches, bread, fruits, muffins. Those types of things. He wanted it to be perfect.

When Laurens was done, he went back home and brought Hamilton in the carriage and brought him there

"John, what'd you do..?? Can I open now?" Hamilton had said impatiently

"Not yeeeet! Almost there! Laurens had said with a smile, pecking Hamiltons cheek

Laurens gently took his hands off Hamiltons eyes with a smile

"Ta-Da!" Laurens said with a smile as Hamilton gasped

Hamilton didn't really say anything..He just stared at it. He just looked surprised but not happy.

Laurens caught onto this and he tensed up. He hoped that he hadn't done anything stupid. He tried to change the topic.

"Um..If you don't like it then we can go to a fancy restaurant..I think there's one close by somewhere.."

Hamilton just gently shook his head. He looked at Laurens with a smile and hugged him tightly

"Oh John..It's beautiful..Thank you." Hamilton smiled warmly, kissing his lips

Laurens seemed surprised but he kissed back with a smile

"I'm glad you like it Alex."

They ate the food and had an amazing time
