I don't really know why, but sometimes I get nonverbal, which means that I become unable to speak, so I had to find ways to communicate in a different way than talking to people. I often get nonverbal at school or when I feel uncomfortable or if I don't trust someone. I once tried to communicate with cards to someone while experiencing a meltdown, but they laughed at me because I was asking for help. So now I only use cards to communicate with people if needed to, just to avoid any idiots who would laugh rather than help.
I'll probably soon try this communication technique with my girlfriend, as I've been getting nonverbal quite often around her lately, I just don't really know if I really should give all of myself to her yet because I've been betrayed in the past by some people who I used to deeply trust.
