Quirk:
Frosting

Type:
Emitter

Abilities:
- User is able to create frosting (like the frosting on a cake) from any part of their body
- Able to control the stickiness and density of the frosting

Strengths:
- The frosting is edible :D
- The stickiness would be great for trapping
- The denser it is, the harder it is to break through
- Able to go Tarzan is they wanna (aka use it to travel around)

Weaknesses:
- The frosting is edible :'(
- The more frosting, the more density and the more stickiness take more energy
- User needs enough nutrients to create the frosting

Hero/Villain Names:
Icing
Frost
Sugar
