Banshee
Ability:
- User can increase the pitch of their voice and scream at very, very high volumes
Strengths:
- The scream is enough to freeze anyone in terror
- Anyone who's at least 20 feet (aka 609cm) away from the user is effected by the scream
- Very loud L OPPONENTS
Weaknesses:
- Due to the volume itself being very high, the user could experience some damage to their vocal cords
- If overused the user could lose their voice temporarily
- Can only be used a limited amount of times
