Well, with someone with a powerful quirk like Y/N's on the side of the heroes, quite a lot it would seem.

Quirk: Mahoraga Y/N is one of the descendants of Zenin, and has obtained Zenin's power by inheriting the powers of one of his shadows. The tenth shadow, Mahoraga, the most powerful summon that was at Zenin's disposal.
Abilities of Quirk:- - Adaptation - Y/N's quirk allows him to be able to 'adapt' to any and all phenomenon, as Mahoraga did in the past. More specifically, other people's quirks, making them less effective against him. It is not an instant process, and requires long term exposure to the quirk in order to become immune to it, but this process is different for every quirk. This part of his quirk also allows him to adapt to other things as well, such as fighting styles, and different physical attacks. For example, when he fights someone, he is able to 'adapt' to their fighting style in order to counter-attack them better, he can also mimic these fighting styles if he chooses to. And the more he is punched, either by a singular person or just in general, the less damage it will do to him. - Blade of Nullification - Y/N has a retractable double edged blade attached to his right forearm, which he covers in bandages. The blade has the ability to counter, parry, or easily destroy quirk created objects, such as long ranged projectiles, illusions, or elements. The blade can also cancel an effect that had been placed on an object. The sword is extremely durable and can cut through nearly anything with ease. Immense Physical Strength and Speed - Y/N is incredibly strong, easily able to punch through several layers of industrial concrete. He is also fast, not as fast as someone with a speed quirk, but still considerably fast. - Healing Factor - Y/N is able to heal himself from any injuries he has sustained. The speed of which he heals depends on the scale of the injury, and how adapted he is to whatever caused it.
Looks: Your choice, but there will be bandages wrapped around the right forearm and parts of the right hand due to the blade.

Quirk: Creation Momo's Quirk gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of.

Quirk: Shrine Sukuna's quirk allows her to slash through objects and space. The full extent of the quirk's limitations is currently unknown, as is capable of summoning seemingly unrelated flames.
Abilities of Quirk: Sukuna's "Shrine" quirk is divided into two types of slashing attacks. The default slash is Dismantle, allowing her to instantly slash apart her target into countless small cubes upon physical contact with them. The other, Cleave, can be adjusted to cut down tougher opponents in one powerful slash.
