Where a baby that glowed bright yellow was born, and would later be known as "The Glowing Baby".
From that point onward, superpowers of various capabilities were discovered all around the globe, and time passed without anyone ever knowing why this was happening.
Before anyone knew it, the supernatural became natural, and dreams became reality. The world people find themselves in has become a superhuman society, where about 95% of the population, the population being about 14 billion people worldwide, had some form of special ability. These special abilities would come to be known as Quirks, with The Glowing Baby being the first person to have ever acquired one.
This growth in population and surge of abilities, caused the rise of a profession most 5 year olds dream of... Heros!
