As the night enveloped them, Taehyung's gaze remained fixed on Jungkook's face, his eyes searching for answers in the depths of his husband's eyes. Despite the anger that had simmered within him earlier, Taehyung found himself consumed by a mixture of emotions, including a desire for clarity and understanding.

For a moment, Taehyung forgot the tumultuous feelings that had gripped him, his focus solely on Jungkook's face. With a gentle touch, he lifted Jungkook's chin, guiding his gaze to meet his own, the moonlight casting a soft glow upon them both.

"Love, why didn't you tell me you'd be there today?" Taehyung's voice was soft, tinged with a hint of sadness. "You know, I was upset when I saw you there."

Jungkook, unable to meet Taehyung's gaze, felt the weight of his husband's disappointment. He swallowed hard, gathering the courage to speak. "I'm sorry, hyung," he began, his voice barely above a whisper. "I wanted to tell you, but I was afraid... afraid that you would say no, or that you wouldn't let me go-"

Before Jungkook could finish his explanation, his words were silenced by the sudden press of Taehyung's lips against his own. In that moment, amidst the darkness of the mansion and the faint glow of the moonlight streaming through the window, Taehyung lost himself in the sensation of Jungkook's lips against his, his heart swelling with a mixture of longing and affection.

The kiss was filled with passion, a silent declaration of Taehyung's love and the depth of his caring for Jungkook. Each brush of their lips conveyed a message of reassurance and acceptance, as if Taehyung were telling Jungkook that he respected all his choices and cherished their bond above all else.

As time passed, Taehyung noticed Jungkook's labored breaths, signaling the need to ease the intensity of their kiss. With a gentle release, he pulled back, his gaze softening as he met Jungkook's eyes. With tenderness in his voice, Taehyung spoke, breaking the silence that hung between them. "Wifey, I would never stop you from going there. What I wanted was for you to inform me" His words were sincere, a reflection of his commitment to respecting Jungkook's autonomy. "From now on, don't hesitate to tell me. If you find joy in anything, share it with me.

Marrying me doesn't mean I'll take your freedom away. When I did, it was out of a decision to help you finish your studies. I didn't want you to get distracted by marriage. I fulfilled your mom's wish, and I'm willing to do anything to earn your forgiveness, my love."

Jungkook listened intently, his heart swelling with affection for the man before him. He reached up, gently cupping Taehyung's cheek in his hand, their eyes locked in a tender exchange. "Hyung, don't be sorry," Jungkook reassured him, his voice filled with understanding and forgiveness. "I understand why you did, what you did is what a responsible guardian would do. I forgave you a long time ago, hyung. Please don't apologize again and again, okay?"

Taehyung met Jungkook's gaze, a playful glint dancing in his eyes as he asked, "You just see me as a guardian, Kim Jungkook? Am I not your husband as well?"

Jungkook's breath hitched at the question, his cheeks flushing as he whispered, "N-no, you are my husband as well."

Taehyung chuckled softly, enjoying Jungkook's flustered response. Teasingly, he feigned ignorance and said, "I didn't hear that, Kim Jungkook. Could you repeat it, please?"
