No Ones POV
Around 10 AM the next morning, Black Star and Kid returned to Souls apartment. Kid knocked eight times, holding Black Star back from kicking in the door in excitement, before trying the handle and finding it unlocked. "We're here!" he called, stepping inside, "Helloooo?...Anyone home?"
Black Star barreled in behind him, "WHOS READY FOR—"
They halted as Y/N came racing into the room, giggling and dressed only in Souls red button down from the night before and her panties. Soul was just behind her, also laughing and also half-dressed. He caught her from behind around the middle and spun her. He was mid-spin when he caught sight of his friends standing open mouthed in the kitchen and dropped Y/N.
"Guys...I...um..."
Blood shot out of Black Stars nose and he dropped, while Kid shook his head and averted his eyes to his phone.
"Uh...little help?" Y/N muttered from the floor.
Soul started, "Sorry!" and helped her to her feet. She brushed him off once she was standing.
"I should go get dressed," she said, coldly, before going back to the bedroom, Souls feeble voice trailing after her,
"R-Right."
He turned back to his friends, crest-fallen. Black Star was still on the floor, and Kid hadn't looked up from his cell. He still didn't as he drying commented, "Her boobs are two different sizes, right?"

I can't believe I spent the night with Soul. What am I—crazy?
I was hurrying back to my apartment. I had no idea what time it was, but I had to be late. Along with spending Christmas together, I had agreed to go to a ski resort in Denver all weekend with the others, starting the day after Christmas—today.
I wish I could back out, but...
"This weekend should be fun," Soul said, gazing up at the ceiling, breaking the silence.
I propped myself on one elbow,"Yeah, it'll be good to get away. Even though I don't know what I'll do yet. Maka and I will probably read by the fire—I'd like to go tubing with the girls, and..."
Soul snorted, "What about skiiing? Snowboarding?"
I shrugged, "I don't know how."
"I'll teach you to snowboard if you want,"
Oh, why did I agree?
He had just looked so hopeful, his voice was all dreamy and sleepy and...
Shit.
I really was late. As I reached my apartment door, I found Ruby and Maka standing in the hall. Their faces changed when they laid eyes on me—Ruby's to excitement, Maka's to disgust. Ruby spoke first,
"Is this what I think it is?"
I halted in front of them and frowned, "What do you think it is?"
"The walk of shame!" she cried.
"You didn't," Maka pleaded.
I rolled my eyes and unlocked the door.
"Oh, she did," Ruby continued, "That's last night outfit."
"Well spotted, Ruby," I turned on them in the kitchen, "Yes, I slept with Soul, okay?"
"Yes!"
"Eew!"
"You have to tell me everything,"
"No, I don't want to hear that!"
Ruby ignored Maka and continued, "What was it like?"
I shrugged, "Great. He...uh...His..."
I squinted at a spot over their heads, "Something about his blade...or should it be handle? Shaft?"
Maka was distracted from her disgust momentarily by confusion, "What are you saying?"
Ruby rolled her eyes, "She's trying to make dirty scythe jokes."
"He stuck his blade in you," Maka said, without blinking.
Ruby continued, "You ran your hands all down his shaft."
"How do you guys come up with those?" I cried as I disappeared into my bedroom. I continued as I changed, "He was pretty gentle actually—I was surprised. I didn't bleed once."
"Why would you bleed?" Ruby asked from the living room.
"Well, you know...he has those sharp teeth,"
I came back to the doorway in time to see her grin at me impishly, "What were you doing that involved teeth?"
"Nothing in particular. He's just pretty..." I couldn't resist a devilish smile myself, "Bitey."
Our delight was broken by Maka in the kitchen, "EW!"

I finished changing and hurriedly finished packing and locked up my apartment. We reached the bus stop just in time to jump on. The guys, Tsubaki, and the Thompson sisters were already on board.
"You guys almost missed it!" Tsubaki cried, worriedly.
"Sorry, Suze, but someone had a rough morning," Ruby giggled.
Tsubaki furrowed her brows at Ruby, so she sat down in the empty seat next to her and started whispering in her ear. I burned red, but it only got worse as I met eyes with Soul, who was also flushed. He was also the only one in the entire bus still sitting by himself, so I plunked down next to him, coldly. I just slept with the guy! Why would I be shy about sitting next to him?!
I'm not. Of course I'm not. I'm a confident, self-assured woman.
I glanced over at him, and he smiled.
Dammit, no, I'm not!
Soul was the last person I thought I'd be attracted to. The first time we met, he was offputting and rude as hell then he continued to be rude as hell on our second meeting and got me wasted, but then...Christmas...His fingers on a piano, playing so beautifully, the way he looked at me. Maybe it was just a rebound after Kid, but we had such unexpected chemistry in bed. He wasn't secretly highly skilled or deeply arousing, but we just clicked.
All this muddled up in my head so bad, instead of returning the grin, I blurted out, "So last night...?"
Souls face fell, "What about it?"
"What...I mean...that was just us fooling around right?"
"Yeah, of course," he said, to my relief, "Unless...you..."
"Caught feelings? No, absolutely not,"
"Good. Me neither," he said, a little too quickly, "I mean, I like you...as a friend."
"Right. Same. We're friends. Friends...who had sex,"
"Right," he looked straight ahead now, before lowering his voice, "And who will again in Denver, right?"
"Oh, obviously."
