Uranus and Planet X had a romantic relationship. Uranus had no idea that X was creating chaos around the Solar System, he was just happy to be loved. I wouldn't say X used Uranus either because X cared and protected Uranus with everything he had. When X was kicked out, they both were very upset that they had lost each other and Uranus tried to confront Saturn and Jupiter about it but they threatened to do the same, which made him shut up and isolate himself.
