SUMMER READING CAN GO DIE IN A HOLE!!! LET ME READ FOR FUN! NOT THE BOOKS YOU CHOOSE FOR ME!
So for my sophomore year I have to read one choice book and do a stupid report on it and since I'm going into honors English I have to read a second book called October Sky. I've finished the choice book because 1) it was short and 2) it was really good. But writing is boring unless it comes from your own creative mind and it isn't to analyze someone else's work! I have to analyze 2 characters, talk about 2 or more themes, do a whole lot with vocabulary I don't know, talk about current events, the plot, and important quotes.... I'm sorry I'm complaining but it is sooooo boring! (FYI the book I chose to read was Random by Tom Leveen and you should all go read it cuz even though it is kinda dark it is an amazing book) And I'm 2 chapters into October Sky and I'm bored because it's a freaking memoir... I hate those... anywho. there's that. anyone who agrees comment below and tell me the books you have to read.
Secondly. Dentists. Bleh. I just don't like people touching my mouth. When I went in for my cleaning, they annoyed me so much like "are you gonna get braces? you should get braces. I think you need braces. are you gonna fix it? huh, Huh, HUH?!" I was just sitting there thinking "OMG SHUT UP!" Why do people feel the need to change me? Aren't I pretty enough as I am? My teeth work fine now and no one is calling me 'crooked teeth caroline' or 'buck toothed bessie'! .........wow those are really bad. ignore that......... but still why do they feel the need to change me? I think i'll continue this topic...
