2 years later...
Two years have flown by, I don't know how much you've missed already, Jennie. Blackpink disbanded after you left, although the girls are doing just fine.
Jisoo and Jin are getting married in a few months, Lisa and Jungkook are taking a vacation in the Bahamas, Rose and Jimin are off to I don't know where, and the rest of the boys and I are back at the dorms.
And if you're wondering, no, BTS has not disbanded, we're just on break.
I've heard that you lost connection with the girls after a few months. Jisoo still blames herself for letting you leave.
It's been two years, since the day you left, I couldn't get you off my mind. And I thank you for unblocking me, although you don't respond to my texts.
I hope you get my messages, and know how much I still love you. I was a fool to ever let you go. I'm sorry, please come back.
...
Ring ring
Jennie picked up the phone. "Hello?" A familiar voice from the other side of the line responded.
"Jennie, it's me." Jennie gasped. "Sajangnim?" The CEO of YG chuckled.
"Yes Jennie. It's me." Jennie got nervous. "Is there anything I could do for you? I mean, it's been two years no-" Jennie didn't get to finish her sentence.
"Remember the thing I said when you decided to leave Blackpink?" Jennie sighed. "Yes Sajangnim. The favour." The CEO smiled.
"Well Jennie, I want you and the rest of the girls to comeback." Jennie's eyes widened. "WHAT?"
The CEO chuckled. "Like comeback like to Korea and to make an appearance at the 2022
Grammy Awards." Jennie stuttered."B-bu-but we weren't n-nominated for anything?" The CEO chuckled. "Well, stage performance, right?" Jennie nodded.
"Is there anyone we'll know that's gonna be there?" The other line went silent. "Western artists, Twice, EXO, Red Velvet, Got7, and BTS."
Jennie froze.BTS?
"I don't thin-" The CEO sighed on the other line. "Jennie, you promised. Plus, you can choose what song to perform." Jennie paused.
"Is that the favour?" The CEO nods. "Yes." Jennie sighed. "Okay. What time should I go back to Korea?" The CEO hesitated. "Next week. Come to YG and you and the girls can talk about it."
Jennie smiled. "Thank you."
As Jennie entered the building, nostalgia hit her hard. This is so nice.
Jennie walked to the front desk. The lady sitting there looked up and immediately ushered Jennie to the elevator.
When the elevator stopped, Jennie stepped out and went into the CEO's office where the girls were. "Hello Jennie. Thank you for gracing us with your presence today." Jennie laughed.
"Sorry, traffic was a bit slow." Jennie turned to the other girls and bowed. The CEO cleared her throat. "So, you'll be performing Ddu-Du-Ddu-Du, Kill this Love, and lastly, Boombayah. I know it's a lot of songs, but everyone will love it." The girls nodded.
"You'll all have two weeks to practice until you go to the Grammys. And also, make sure to not get caught." The girls furrowed their eyebrows.
The CEO rolled her eyes. "Like, not be seen." The girls made and o shape with their mouths. "You'll be living here, at YG. The room will have 4 beds and 1 bath. Please do not leave the building, we cannot have the surprise be ruined."
The girls knew that being seen wasn't that big of a deal but they complied anyways.
"Good luck." And with that, the girls walked out of the office. Once they got out, Jennie turned around to face the three girls, Lisa already had tears in her eyes.
"I am so sorry for leaving. It was selfish of me and at that time, I was just too stupid. You guys did absolutely nothing wrong and I wouldn't have left if I knew that Blackpink would disband. I'm sorry." Jennie bowed down 90 degrees.
When Jennie stood up again, she was quickly pushed into a group hug. "We forgive you." Jennie laughed. "Thank you guys."
