The following day, I woke up feeling a bit groggy. Hindi ko alam kung bakit, pero parang ang bigat ng pakiramdam ko. Siguro kailangan ko lang ng konting kape para magising.

As I made my way to the kitchen, I saw a note on the table. It was from Aiden.

"Hey, Sophie! Hope you're feeling better today. Sorry I couldn't stay longer yesterday. Have a great day!

- Aiden"

Napangiti ako nang mabasa ko 'yon. He's always so thoughtful, kahit na malayo siya.

After breakfast, I decided to go for a walk around the neighborhood. The fresh air helped clear my head, and I found myself feeling better already.

While walking, I bumped into Janine. "Hey, Sophie! How are you feeling today?" tanong niya sa akin, nakangiti.

"I'm feeling much better, thanks! Just needed some fresh air," sagot ko.

"Great! Do you want to hang out later? Maybe we can grab some snacks at that new café down the street," sabi niya.

"Sige, why not? That sounds like fun," sagot ko, feeling excited for another adventure with Janine. Also, na-kwento ko rin sa kaniya 'yung about sa amin ni Aiden. I feel like she's a great person naman at secured mga sasabihin ko sa babae. And she also tells me her story, that's why I told her my story.

As the day went on, I found myself feeling more and more energized. Nakatulong talaga 'yung kasama ko si Janine, she has this positive energy that's infectious.

Pagdating ng hapon, nagkita kami ni Janine sa café. It was a cozy place with a relaxed vibe, perfect for catching up and enjoying some snacks.

While we were chatting, Janine suddenly brought up Aiden. "So, how are things with Aiden? I noticed you guys have been spending a lot of time together," tanong niya, may kaunting curiosity sa boses. I told her that Aiden visited me yesterday.

"Oh, um... things are good, I guess. He's been really sweet and supportive," sagot ko, feeling a bit shy.

"That's nice to hear! He seems like a great guy," sabi ni Janine, ngiti sa labi.

"Yeah, he is," sagot ko, feeling grateful for Aiden's presence in my life.

After our snack, Janine and I decided to take a stroll around the neighborhood. We talked about everything under the sun, from school to our dreams for the future.

As the sun began to set, we headed back home feeling content and happy. Days like these remind me that life is full of surprises and possibilities, and I'm excited to see where this journey will take me.

That night, as I lay in bed, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the people who have come into my life.

Waking up to the usual blaring alarm, I dragged myself out of bed, feeling a bit groggy. Sa kusina, hinahanap-hanap ko ang pamilyar na amoy ng kape para magsimula ng araw.

Sipping on my morning brew, a sense of restlessness lingered from the night before.

Nakaupo ako sa sofa, nagbabasa ng libro habang hinihintay si Aiden. He said he'll drop by to hang out. Para akong batang excited na may bisita.

Napansin ko na hindi pa siya dumadating kaya't nag-decide akong mag-check ng phone. Baka naman nag-message na siya, baka nandito na pala siya. Nang mag-open ako ng phone, may text na galing kay Aiden.

Hey, Sophie! Traffic's a bit crazy, but I'm on my way. See you soon!

Napangiti ako nang makita ang message niya. Kahit na may delay, excited pa rin akong makita siya.
