Chapter 16

"Sarah I have decided that when you go home. I'm going to come with." I said giving her a quick fake smile.

"Really!" She screamed, in a mean way then excited.

"Yeah. Is that okay, you don't seem that excited." I asked.

"Yeah, perfect." She said giving me a quick smile and leaving.

"Okay." I mumble and headed up to my room.

"Hey." Peter said as I walked in.

"Hey." I said not looking up.

"What's up?" He asked.

"Nothing. just forget about it." I shrugged

"Okay." He shrugged."So how..."

I cut him off. "Sarah doesn't seem that excited for me coming with her to California."

"Why?" He asked.

"I don't know." I asked the same question in my head.

"Hmm. Should I ask Chase about it?" He asked.

"That would be awesome." I smiled at him.

"Okay I will. But it now. I have to talk to you." He said patting the flier beside him.

I sat down beside him. "What's up?"

"Well I was just wondering if you want to come over to my house tonight?" He asked.

"That's all you needed to talk to me about?" I questioned.

"Well yeah. Do you?" He asked again.

"I guess. I mean yeah sure." I shrugged.

"Awesome." He smiled.

I loved his smile. With his cute dimples. And shinny white teeth. I loved him. He was always so amazing and nice. His hair curly and hanging down in his face. He was always so concerned about others.

"What?" He asked as I started at him.

"Nothing." I looked away quickly.

"Okay." He shrugged.

"So whatcha doing?" I asked him.

"Nothing." He said.

"Well what are you doing on your phone?" I asked.

"Umm well I'm playing a game." He shrugged.

"Okay." I said and got up.

"Where you going?" He asked.

"To do something fun." I said and walked out of the room.

"Sarah!?" I screamed when I seen her.

"What?" She asked.

"Talk." I said.

"About?" She raised her eye brows.

"Why don't you want me coming back to California with you?" I asked.

"I do." She said confused.

"You sure didn't seem like it, when I told you I was coming back with you." I said.

"Well, I was going to have chase come back instead sense it didn't seem like you wanted to. So when you told me I was surprised and I got sad because I really wanted chase to come back with me. But my mom said she could pay for all three of us because you got a well paying job." Sarah said.

"Oh so Chase is coming with us?" I asked.

"Yep." Sarah said excitedly and walked away.

"Bye." I waved.
