~ Killer POV
I woke up at a very early time, at least 4-5 am again. I got up, going into the kitchen and fixing coffee I yawned. Not really in the mood for being snarky, or being my usual self.
I stood in the kicthen, drinking my coffee quietly as to not wake boss up. Him in the mornings were dire hell, It's why I always tried to get up way before he does. I looked over at the stove clock '4:30 AM', It was early really early. Boss usually got up at 9-10 am, so he had enough time to enjoy some time alone and some peace.
As soon as I made that thought Cross walked into the kitchen, exactly 10 mintues after me. It was 4:40 am now. Cross made himself a coffee and stood next to me. I'd been feeling..... Romatical feelings for him for a while. But I've had no idea how to tell him, nor did I expect him to feel the same way.
We were pretty close, a palm away. I felt like I could almost feel the body heat Cross had from only being a short gap away from him, my soul was on the fritz again. I looked down at it, It shifted between heart and circle, the emotion was strong enough to knock off the phase two soul phase, the one I was usually in bc of NM.
I shifted slightly, Cross looked at me and then my drippy, quick paced soul. Cross stared at it for a while before reailzing why.
"Do you have a Crush Killer?" Cross says, with a tired voice not much curiosity since he already knew.
"What! No" I stated, a peach tint covering my cheeks slightly. Cross noticed.
"Yeah sure" Cross says.
Cross came closer to me, putting his coffee on the counter and giving a peck on my cheek. It didn't help with my fluster and made it 10x worse. Cross noticed again, chuckling slightly as he did so.
"So~~ You do have a crush" Cross said, openly.
"Y-Yeah Yeah..." I say, Cross looks amused.
"What happened to the over confident Killer? Did you go shy on me?" Cross teases
I looked away in a state of embarrassment, unamused by Cross's antics. I walked away, but Cross stopped me, he gave me a former Kiss on the 'lips' and it lasted a few moments.
