Kishamera's POV
"Anong gagawin ko dito?" I asked myself while staring at the bracelet. Sa totoo lang maganda ito mukhang mamahalin.
Ang ipinagtataka ko ay kung nagbebenta yung matanda bakit binigay niya? Siya yung lugi kung tutuusin.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
Binitawan ko ang bracelet at kinuha ang aking coat at naghanda na. That must be shine, reminding me for my schedule this morning. I'm in my office again for my work.
"I'm ready shine, I'll go out in a few minutes." I look at myself in my mirror on my table and plastered a smile. Smile. Don't stress about it.
I went out and started my busy schedule in the morning. Sa sobrang busy hindi ko na namalayan na alas 12 na pala kung hindi pa ako tinapik ni shine at kinausap.
"Doc, lunch na po."
I look at her and smiled at her.
"Sige shine, pakihatid nalang yung food ko sa office."
She gave me a thumbs up "Sure doc. As usual po ba?" I nodded. "Alright po doc, ihahatid ko po in a minute."
I said my thank you and went into my office and I took off my coat and hang it on the coatrack and sat on my swivel chair and I closed my eyes.
I'm lucky Sunshine stayed with me. I had my clinic with me on my 22nd birthday, this is a gift from my parents. She is like a sister to me, palaging nag re-remind sa akin about my lunch dahil palagi kung nakakalimutan and also yung prepared na yung lunch kase alam naman niya yung gusto ko lalo na sa pagkain. Bawal ako sa pork. Yes, I'm a Muslim.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
"Come in." I said tiredly with my eyes still close.
I heard the door opened but I didn't mind looking at it. All I thought it was shine when I heard a voice of a woman. Napadilat ako bigla.
"VK?" I asked with a half smile on my lips.
I stand up from my seat and went near her and hug her.
"Oh my god! Who's with you?"
She returned my hug at kumalas kami sa yakap at nabigla ako ng biglang madaming kamay ang yumakap sa akin.
"Surpise kmmmm! We miss you so much." I smiled upon recognizing that voice, Arianna.
Kumalas kaming lahat sa yakap at ngiting ngiti ako.
"I miss you too guys. Busy lang talaga." I told them.
In front of me is VK, Arianna, Hiche and Elliv. They are my friends since high school and until now that we have our profession.
Ginaya ko sila paupo sa couch dito sa loob ng office ko.
"Kumain naba kayo ng lunch niyu?" I asked them.
"Oh, actually we have food with us kase we think it would be a good thing to eat in your office at the same time catching up." VK responded. She's a half American and half Filipino. She is a businesswoman and a runway model for clothes. She has this playful yet serious aura. She is under beauty cosmetics with my partnership.
"We got chickens actually." Elliv said. She is an Accountant and a businesswoman focusing on food. She always have this grumpy and serious look.
"We also have takoyaki, your favorite." Hiche responded cheerfully with a smile on her face. She is a businesswoman and a psychologist, she is having a partnership with Elliv. She is always the happy woman at all times.
"Of course, mawawala ba ang favorite nating Buldak? And I also have Carbonara with me." Arianna said excitedly. She have this comforting vines if you'll get to know her and if you don't, you'll experience her wrath to the world. The philosopher She is an accountant, and a businesswoman in construction industry. She is currently supplying hollow blocks in the Philippines in different region.
We shared the food we have on our table when suddenly shine went in. They know her, of course.
"Doc, magpapaalam lang po sana ako. Babalik din po ako mamaya."
Oh. My attention went to her.
"Oh sure. Saan ka ba pupunta?"
"Mag lu-lunch lang po." And she blushed.
"Shine, you can eat with us naman." Hiche responded and we all nodded.
"Ah, hindi na po may kasama po kase ako and I'll just give this lunch for doc. Thank you for the offer."
"Sus, may date Ka? She blushed more which confirmed my hint. "Sige, enjoy!"
She bid her goodbye and we started eating and we started our conversation.
"Huy km, why aren't you responding on our groupchat?" Elliv questioned.
They all look at me and as I was about to answer arianna answered for me.
"Guys, mahina connection niya." Arianna rolled her eyes and we laughed at her answer. Going back to the old days where I always have problem with my internet connection.
We went on reminiscing our life before. This made me realize how I miss that portion of my life and this really made my day.
