As promised, my dress/suit arrived at noon. I waited until the evening to put it on because everyone kept on trying to peak at it. Again, what's the point in a masked ball if you already know what everyone's wear is? Which is why I convinced everyone to leave at different times. That way we for sure don't know what everyone looks like until we're at the party. I just can't wait to hang out with everyone! And of course, eat all the food.

I fix my bow and wonder what Bill is going to be doing tonight. (The dress has a blue bow in your hair, and the suit has- well you can see that.) I do a quick spin in front of the mirror and smile. Perfect. I hope I get to see him tonight though I probably won't. Oh well, at least I'll have my friends there too right? I look at the time and see it's time for me to leave my room and head to the mansion. I throw another quick glance into the mirror before leaving. As soon as I step out of the house I cover my mouth in surprise. Bill is in a golden suit with a black button-up and a white shirt, adorned with a black bowtie. Behind him is a literal golden pumpkin carriage being pulled by two white horses. Bill, bowing in front of me, holding out a red rose. "My queen. Would you honor me by allowing me to be your date for tonight?" My cheeks flush a dark red. "Y-Yes- of course-" I'm speechless. What is this? Cinderella? I take the rose carefully, smiling as I notice he's taken off the thorns. "I read that sleeping beauty fell asleep and got kissed by plenty of people trying to wake her up after she pricked her finger. I'm not taking any chances." Did he read my mind? How sweet though- I put my hand in his and give him a goofy grin. "No worries handsome, the only angel fallen or not I'd fall for is you." He grins back at me and guides me to the carriage. However, the moment we're both seated the carriage doesn't ride. It flies! I look at the horses in pure awe as I only now see the beautiful white wings they have. It takes us no time at all to fly over the Northwest's mansion, but seeing my face Bill makes us go a small tour extra. This is amazing! I'm actually flying! And I don't feel sick or scared at all despite having practically no safety keeping me in the carriage. My hair is slightly messy when we eventually do land. Bill landed us a bit further from the entrance so no one would see us land out of nowhere. I'm a giggling mess, looking at him, filled with pure joy. His smile only seemed to grow bigger as I continued to giggle my way out of the carriage with his help. I fix my posture as he holds out his arm. I quickly latch on and follow him inside the mansion. I look around the decorated ballroom. "It's so pretty!" I instantly notice Dipper being all flustered in a corner with Wendy talking to him, Mabel laughing at him and Pacifica behind them thinking she won our little game of get spotted/tagged as last. Our flight took so long Mabel arrived just before me it seems. "Hm?" I look to my side as Bill is bowing to me, kissing my hand. "Excuse me, my queen, there's something I have to prepare for later on. Why don't you go say hi to your friends?" I'm slightly disappointed. "You'll come back though right?" He gives me a big grin. "And miss a chance to dance with you? I'll be back my princess, I promise." He gently pushes me in the direction of my friends. I smile at him over my shoulder before running over to them.

Pacifica was boating. "I won. I was here first so you all had bigger chances with me being exposed the longest, yet I still won!" I smirk softly and blow into her neck softly. She squeaks in surprise, turning around quickly. "Miss me, Pacifica? You surely hadn't forgotten about me?" Her face turns bright red as she gets flustered, Mabel cheering happily. "That's my best friend!" I smile at her. "You all look great! Does anyone feel like putting on their dancing shoes with me?" They all end up agreeing but Pacifica who insists on greeting a few more guests first. She does eventually join us though. I smile loving the time I'm having with my friends, but my mind ends up going to Bill again. I wonder where he's at. It's been half an hour and I haven't seen him since. I suddenly feel someone tap my shoulder and see Mabel gasp in pure delight. I turn around to see who it is and I'm met with the man who's matching my outfit. I smile as Bill bows, holding out his hand once more. I happily take it and instantly get pulled close to him, chest to chest as he confidently leads us through the song. Perfectly ending in front of the doors to the gardens. I swear I could hear Mabel happy crying to Grenda and Candy on me having found my prince charming. Bill seems to have heard too as he winks at me and guides me outside. "Close your eyes." I don't even hesitate to do so. I feel him still holding my hand and nothing else change, we're not even walking. What's going on? "Open up again." I open my eyes and gasp. I'm, FLYING! I look at my back as somehow white wings are planted there. I'm 1000% sure I'm born without these things on my back! "Surprise~" I look around and see all the bushes in the garden decorated with fairy lights, and red roses spelling out my name from a bird's eye view. How did the Northwest not notice? "You did all of this?" Bill smiles pulling me further into the sky as we start to dance among the stars. I feel so light, am I dreaming? "I can assure you my queen, you are not dreaming this time. I'm really here with you. I don't notice how much time has passed until Bill lands us behind a tree in the garden, hidden from the view of the people dancing inside. Fireworks suddenly go off the moment we land and I look at him in shock. He really did all of this, for me? He gets down on one knee, holding both my hands in his. "Y/n, I really, really, really do love you. Will you please become my girlfriend?" I feel my eyes fill with tears and a smile creeping onto my face. I'm speechless. Yes. yes yes yes yes! I gently pull him back onto his feet, planting a kiss on his lips as the fireworks color the skies behind us. We're interrupted though when I hear a click and flash. I look to the side to see a floating poleroid camera, and a small picture waving in the air as it's drying. A beautiful picture of us kissing appears on it. "Thought you'd want a momentum." He smiles sheepishly when I raise my eyebrow at him. I chuckle and just pull him into another kiss. "It's almost midnight-" He whispers as he puts his forehead against mine. Slowly the wings on us start to disappear as does the camera. He gently places the picture into my hands. "I'm sorry I can't give you a ride back home my feather, but I'm sure your friends will want to hear all about the mystery guy you disappeared off to on the car ride home." He chuckles softly as he brushes a strand of hair behind my ear. I softly close my eyes as he cups my cheek and kisses my forehead. "I will see you soon my sweet" As the churchbell rings somewhere far away I slowly feel his touch disappearing. When I open my eyes all that is left of our adventure tonight is this picture and red rose he gave me. I sigh staring happily at the stars, wishing he was back already. When would I see him again other than my dreams? I softly kiss the picture and start to head back inside. Mabel instantly bombarded me with questions about who my prince charming was. I softly sigh. What an almost perfect night.
