(Based on Blood of Zeus)
Hades and Persephone have always abided by the rules imposed by Zeus. However, with Zeus now dead, they are prepared to challenge these rules and seek to be finally together without separation from each other again. After pl...
"Rise and shine, my dear grand....." my grandmother's voice trailed off as she laid eyes on me, leaving me feeling like a deer caught in a hunter's gaze. Before she could inquire further, my mother entered the room behind her. "This is her usual sleeping position, Mother. I did ask you to knock before entering," my mother interjected, coming to my aid. I glanced at her, and she responded with a knowing wink. Gods, how I loved my mother so much right now,
"Well, she needs to change that, what if it was someone else? A proper princess needs to wear a nightgown to bed." she ranted. Instead of arguing with her I nodded in agreement. "I apologize, I will now start wearing nightgowns to bed grandmother."
"Great! Now, we have some time before the games start. Let's prepare for the day! I've already selected a few dresses for you," exclaimed grandmother, eagerly summoning servants with a multitude of gowns. I glanced at my mother, who nodded encouragingly. "Let her enjoy dressing you up, darling. It's not as if she'll see you again after today." With a sigh, I simply nodded, allowing grandmother to turn me into a doll.
The next few hours were a whirlwind of fabric and colors as grandmother and her team of skilled servants transformed me into a vision of elegance. Each dress was more exquisite than the last, adorned with delicate lace and shimmering beads that caught the light with every movement. As I twirled in front of the mirror, I couldn't help but feel like a princess from a fairy tale.
Despite my initial reluctance, I found myself swept up in the excitement of it all. The anticipation of the day ahead filled me with a sense of wonder and joy. With each gown I tried on, I felt a little piece of magic come alive within me. It was a rare moment of pure indulgence, a chance to escape the ordinary and step into a world of beauty and glamour.
As the final touches were added and the last veil was delicately placed upon my head, I couldn't help but feel a surge of gratitude towards my grandmother. Her insistence on perfection had turned this day into something truly special. And as I took one last look in the mirror, I knew that I was ready to face whatever the future held, dressed in the finery of dreams.

I adored the dress, but the orange color made me question its suitability for Zeus memorial games or tonight's ceremony. "It complements your eyes! You look stunning, my dear. All the gods will desire you, and the goddesses will envy you," Grandma remarked with a smile as she looked at my reflection in the mirror. However, I sensed she viewed me more as a trophy to flaunt to her friends rather than as a cherished granddaughter. "Grandmother, you seem to forget that I am already engaged to Hermes, son of Zeus. Our wedding is in two weeks," I reminded her. She grimaced and moved away from me. "How could I forget that... the dreadful match. You deserve someone else, like Ares-" I interjected, frowning. "No, I love Hermes and no one else. Despite your matchmaking intentions, I must assert myself. You can dress me up as you please, but my love life is my own."
