"Eheee ammayi , common sense leda? Chanipoyaka kuda vallani torture pedutunnav enti?"

(Girl ! Don't you have common sense, how can  torture a dead man ?)

Avani's eyes grew large.

She got up and fiercely walked towards the nurse.

"HOW CAN YOU EVEN SAY SUCH THING FROM YOUR MOUTH?? HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT TO MY HUSBAND??"

Avani screamed at the top of her lungs.

The nurse took a step back.

"Ehe girl, are you mad or what? Seems that you're pregnant. But it doesn't mean if you are arguing with me about a death man? "

Avani glared at her, her chest rised in anxiety.

She pointed her finger towards her and continued.

"SHUT UP! Or else, I'll snatch your tongue."

The doctor came hastily.

He frowned while looking at her.

"Ma'am, I'm sorry to say this, he has died out of the fatal accident. It was an on-spot dead and he came hospital being dead."

Avani blinked her eyes continuously .

It felt as if, her brain isn't functioning.

Avani started taking deep breaths.

She wandered her eyes  around.

How can all this happen?

She was silent.

Avani neither spoke nor looked away .

She starred blankly at the wall.

Her brain fogged and nothing appeared in her head.

Avani walked out of the room while her whole body felt numb.

She was about to collide with someone but that girl stopped by holding Avani's shoulder.

At that point, she didn't know who that girl is, all she saw was someone who can embrace her.

But, there was this force which somewhat prevented her to do that.

That girl saw Avani's sniffling unconsciously and somehow understand her pain and made her sit on the chair.

Nothing came out of Avani's mouth.

What could she even say?

Tears rolled off from her chin.

*Half an hour passes away*

"Areyy call Akash, I can't sit in this ICU . You are aware how much I hate all of these. Make a call right now."

Vaidehi said while she rolled her eyes.

Her brother was dialling the number.

Yet he didn't receive any message.

"Akka, I'll better call the killer, we may now any information regarding that."

"Sounds good. Do it!"

Vaidehi commanded.

The killer over there was perplexed about his next move and being in a dilemma is annoying.

He was just hoping for a call.

"Hello, did you kill that girl?"

He questioned while he made a frown.

"Sir.. she, ran into the  City hospital."

On the other side of the phone, he thinned his eyebrows.

"Why? Did you not kill her, I told you not to hurt but kill her. How did she survive?"

The killer kept his phone away for a bit and came up with an answer.

"Sir, it's seems something went wrong for her personally."

"Leave that idiot, it was my fault to hire a stupid guy like you!!!"

Vaidehi took a chips packet and was calmly munching on them.

"Why... don't you call Akash? he should have come  few minutes ago but.. he didn't turn up."

"He isn't lifting the call either, seems that his wife manipulated him once again."

Shreyansh was standing in front of the ICU.

He wasn't aware of this plan and blindly believed that his mother got Heart attack.

His phone rang for a while, it was Avani's call.

He took a deep breath and lifted the call.

"Akash.... they're saying....he's no more....please...te..ll me .. it's not true...pl .ease...."

Shreyansh took sharps breaths and shoke his head in disbelief.

"Where are.... you both?"

The very next moment Shreyansh went to the hospital, he witnessed Avani in the most disheartened appearance.

The very last time he saw her, was on the day of her wedding, the happy glow she had on her face was no where found now.

It was as if she was dead inside.

Shreyansh, he himself was broken by his mother's  deteriorating health and his brother's demise.

He informed to his mother, at first she couldn't believe but the moment she confirmed that the nightmare for any mother turned true.

Shreyansh asked Avani to come to their home .

Avani had no clue about where she was heading to.

They reached Vaidehi's house.

That same house which threw her out and insulted her.
