"Today, my SUN died. Someone who provides love and light to me, all of sudden vanished. Despite him being with me at this moment, he isn't really present."

I couldn't stay near his body.

My breath gets stopped in the throat itself.

I can be alive or else at least try to be not dead by being away from him.

The moment , I shifted him to home along with Vadina, I left home.

I apologise to my sister-in-law for leaving her all alone, in a place where she's unknown to everyone.

Although I wanted to be with her, as I had this bad intuition that something can go wrong, I couldn't let my brain rule my heart for this day.

I got ready to bid him away and that's the least thing I can do to him.

I remember, laughing my ass off as a kid when both of us used to be Naked and walk all around the house. Just boys things!

I recalled how he dreamt of being a Businessman and generate employment on large scale.

I realised how time can flew fast and wee reached to that day, where he's no more with me.

Didn't we witness this day, bit more earlier?

I got indulged in my work , where I neither made eye contact nor I spoke to one.

We reached the cremation ground and the preparations started .

My eyes were looking for my family, I spotted my mother, my so-called dad and my uncle and Bala and her mom.

I tilted my head and searched all over for my Vadina, hence no matter who deserves to be here or not, she's the one who has to attend this.

I roamed all around the cremation ground and looked for her.

To my surprise, she wasn't present.

But, when my eyes fell on Bala, her head was low, as if she committed a crime and the punishment can take her life.

I went to my uncle, I mean Bala's father.

"Where's Vadina? "

I raised my eyebrow.

He clenched his jaw.

"That bitch, was with our Akash for money, the second, he left the world she was disappointed. She left, she insulted all of us, including our...Akash. She left saying that her efforts went in vain. "

I really couldn't believe my ears, she'll never do that.

"How can you say that? I know her, she'll not do that! Probably, you've mistaken, let her in."

He laughed and hit my head.

"My innocent son, she has left , saying it's waste of time, if you've doubt ask any of the servants present here, they're the evidence."

I wandered around and all of them said the same thing.

Everything about her , felt disgusting.

Never knew that she's a gold digger and surely my brother deserved a better girl.

My eyes turned bloodshot red and I decided that I'll forget about her existence.
